Annals of the College of Medicine, Mosul is a global, scientific, and open-access journal, published biannually by the College of Medicine, University of Mosul, Iraq, since January 1966. We publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY) license, which allows for sharing and adaptation with appropriate credit.
We are committed to maintaining the highest academic integrity and scientific rigor standards. To this end, we utilize iThenticate® software to detect plagiarism and ensure the originality of all submitted manuscripts. As part of our quality assurance process, all submissions undergo a double-blind peer review to safeguard the integrity of the content.
AI Plagiarism Policy:
In line with recent advancements and concerns over the use of AI-generated content, Annals of the College of Medicine, Mosul has implemented a policy to check for AI plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts will be screened for content generated by artificial intelligence. The acceptable threshold for AI-generated text or content within a submission is 25%. Any manuscript exceeding this limit will be subject to further scrutiny and may be rejected on the grounds of insufficient originality.
We ask all authors to ensure the authenticity of their submissions and provide clear acknowledgment when using AI tools for writing or research assistance.
This Journal publishes original articles, review papers and case reports in the field of medical sciences. Since the journal publishing policy deepened on Open Access Publication ethics, therefore, there is no submission nor processing coasts for submitted manuscript through our online system, on other hands, the authors should pay 125.000 ID as publishing fees for their accepted manuscript in this journal.
